“All the words I use in my stories can be found in the dictionary – it’s just a matter of arranging them into right sentences.” – Somerset Maugham
I come from a family of wordsmiths. Penn is my maternal family name, and quite fittingly so. I grew up to the sound of my mother pounding away at the dining room table on her black Remington typewriter, weekly trips to the dusty local library, and bookcases at home groaning with novels and old tomes. From primary school stories to working on news and features desks in London, Sydney and Hong Kong, words – and their organisation on the page – have been a constant theme throughout my life.
But not everyone has the time or the passion to create perfect prose, which is where Penn & Ink Communications can help. So don’t let that blank screen get the better of you – email firstname.lastname@example.org.
